Step 3: Receive the invitation

The organizing committee will send the invitation to delegates who have paid the participation fee via the email provided by the delegates.

Note: The invitation contains a unique identification number for each delegate, which will be used for attendance tracking and to receive the certificate later.

Step 4: Attend and receive the certificate

Delegates attending the seminar should bring the invitation with the unique identification number and will receive the certificate on the afternoon of the second day of the seminar.

The certificate will be issued to delegates based on the name on the invitation, for those who attend over 75% of the seminar duration, complete the final evaluation of the seminar, and return the certificate receipt form to the secretary.
